Modern en traditioneel.
Het Illira Hotel straalt bij binnenkomst direct luxe uit. Het is een modern en stijlvol hotel maar hecht ook waarde aan het traditionele. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het was geen enkel probleem om laat, 23:45 uur, in te checken vanwege onze late trein uit Malang. Ik zou hier absoluut nog eens willen overnachten.

Heureusement que les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables. Le lit est superbe et c’est très propre.
Les services ne sont pas à la hauteur de l’établissement. - Il y a un café dans le lobby, on demande à la réception si on peut commander des boissons car il n’y a aucun staff derrière le bar, on nous dit de patienter que quelqu’un va arriver. On a attendu 20minutes sans que personne ne vienne nous servir et la réception n’a pas non plus vérifier si quelqu’un était venu nous servir. Pas normal. On retente le lendemain ce fameux café, après de nouveau 20min d’attentes quelqu’un arrive nous faire la boisson et on attend de nouveau 20min sur place car personne ne sait vraiment la recette de la boisson / la dame ne connaît pas le prix à la fin elle est donc obligé d’appeler tout l’hôtel pour avoir une réponse, bref cata. - On demande à changer de chambre car on est à côté d’une mosquée, c’est trop bruyant pour nous. On nous dit que toutes les chambres de l’autre côté sont complètes. L’hôtel était vide… - On nous offre un welcome drink au Check-in, à prendre au sky bar. On y va 1h après être arrivé, il est fermé il n’y a personne. La réception ne nous avait informé de rien. On croise du personnel dans les couloirs et aucuns d’eux n’est capables de nous dire les horaires d’ouvertures de ce bar. Le personnel est mal informé sur les services proposés / horaires. Manque de formation. En 3 jours il nous ai arrivé beaucoup de choses je trouve et on ne repart pas avec une belle image de cet établissement.
